Realistic Blueberry Muffin Cookies
When I was testing my blueberry muffin sugar cookie recipe, I knew I wanted to make cookies decorated as blueberry muffins. And I wanted them to look as realistic as possible!
Painting the cookie to add highlights and shadows was obvious, but that pleated muffin liner was going to be tricky to achieve purely from painting.
Thankfully, there has been a trend lately in the cookie decorating community to use pleated parchment paper to create a beautiful bumpy texture. And wouldn’t you know it, but muffin liners are already pieces of pleated parchment! It was kismet.
