Ingredients
- 1 bag of cauliflower florets (or 1/2 head of cauliflower) 
- 1 tsp water 
- salt and pepper to taste 
Instructions
- Break cauliflower florets into small pieces and place in a microwave safe bowl with water, salt, and pepper. Cover and microwave for 2 to 3 minutes until fork tender. 
- Place florets into the bowl of a food processor careful not to pour in any remaining water. Pulse 15 to 20 times until florets have been pulverized to small rice-like pieces. 
- Serve immediately. 
Notes: Add in garlic, herbs, spice, and juices for extra flavor.
