Aerial Pool Cookie Decorating Tutorial

Even though Summer is almost over, I was finally able to bring this aerial pool cookie to fruition! It’s been idea knocking around in my head all Summer but it wasn’t until I learned how to make my own homemade DecoGel that all the pieces fell into place.

I absolutely love this cookie and am already thinking of ways to transform the same concept into a cookie for Winter!

What You Need

Recipes:

• Sugar cookie dough

• Royal Icing

• Deco Gel

Supplies and Materials:

• Cookies cut into rectangles (or any other shape), baked, and cooled.

• Royal icing in piping consistency:

  • White

  • Skin tone(s)

  • Turquoise Blue

• Projector (optional)
